This is more a function of your phone. You place a call, then press Conference which places the first call on HOLD. Dial the new party, when they answer press Conference again and you are all on the call.
Call Waiting
See a new inbound call on your phone. Selecting the new call, automatically places the first call on Hold. If you do not answer the new call goes to voicemail.
Direct Transfer To Voicemail
